How you all doing?
July is here and going by fast. Did everyone have a great 4th of July? I sat at the end of my driveway and watched about an hour or more of fireworks around the neighborhood. They blew up a whole lot of money, but they were celebrating 250-year anniversary of our country. A lot has changed in all those years. Some for the good and some for the bad. I do not like to talk about politics so let’s move on.
I had a good time at my high school 50th class reunion at the end of June. It was good to see all my friends. Of course, I went with my sweety and my bestie going on 61 years. It is surprising that things haven’t changed much, same cliques, but we did mingle around and caught up on life since High School. It was amazing how many people showed up. Close to a hundred. How many people are going to class reunions this year? Let me know how yours went.
I’m just all over the place today. I’ve been hanging out in my craft room instead of being outside working in the yard. Made some anklets, I cleaned off my beading table, well kind of anyway. I do have some beads and unfinished items, ya know. Now I need to get my clay table cleaned up. I always have so many ideas in my head about designs to make, which makes it difficult to clean because you start working on something. My clay table also identifies as a photo studio, lol. Just saying I’m kind of a slob. I don’t clean up between making items. Then it gets out of hand. My friend calls it creative clutter I believe. I say maybe creative chaos. I’ve seen some creators/artists that have stuff all organized and work surface orderly. I do have most of my beads, findings, etc. in containers and I have shelves. I just can’t seem to keep it orderly. Such is life. Does anyone else’s craft room look like creative clutter or chaos?
I know my blogs are mainly about my life and my struggles, but I hope to reach others who may be struggling to let them know they are not alone.
Love to all
